The front panels of LED displays, e.g. for mobile display systems in buses or railway stations must fulfil two essential criteria: good legibility and optimum protection
of the LEDs.
Siplex® LED
An intermediate layer increases contrast and ensures optimal spread of the points of light and therefore guarantees good legibility.
In addition, these glasses – which if required can also be impact resistant – dependably protect your display systems from vandalism. According to the individual application, these front panels are available as thermal toughened safety glass (Sitherm®) or as laminated safety glass (Siplex®), each with their own particular properties.
